The transaction coordinator will be in contact with you, the seller, from start to finish, and will be in charge of tasks such as: verifying proper execution of all contracts, sending copies to all parties, computing a transaction summary sheet with all important information from the contract (home inspection deadlines, loan applications, appraisals, and all other contingencies found within the contract), ensuring proper execution of all addenda, communicating with the buyer’s agent, title company, and lender, while also following up on all inspections, closings, walk-throughs, loans, forms, disclosures, and more.
Settlement Statement Review
Our REALTORS® will review the title company’s settlement statement for both accuracy and to make sure all fees are outlined in the contract. Often, there will be fees on the seller’s side that are not in the contract, or that are the buyer’s responsibility to pay. When this or any other issue occurs, we will contact the title company to settle charges not indicated in the agreement. Frequently, we will be able to save you more money than you would spend on this service.
