The Flat Rate requires a deposit for specific products and services offered on our website. This deposit acts as a safeguard and is fully refundable upon the completion of all service fee payments. Should there be any outstanding balances upon termination of our brokerage agreement or successful property settlement, they will be deducted from the deposit as outlined in our agreement.
